Swavesey Spartans ( is a Chartered Standard Football Club affiliated to Cambridgeshire Football Association. The club delivers football for children aged 6 and above.  The club helps with the transition to open age football. Colts football ceases at the end of a player's Under 18 season.  Open age football for men in Swavesey is available through Swavesey Institute FC (separate entry in this section of the Meridian).  Swavesey Spartans FC have an open age football team for ladies playing league games on a Sunday. Swavesey Early Years and Playwork Centre

Health and Wellbeing Club

A club for older adults which runs on the last Tuesday of the month with the exception of December. The group meets at the Community Centre, Thistle Green, Swavesey from 10.00 to 11.30am.   Refreshments, chair-based exercises, speakers and time for conversation. No booking is ­required and the group is Free.

British Tang Soo Do Institute

British Tang Soo Do Institute practices the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do.  Our club training covers self defence techniques and many aspects of fitness including flexibility, coordination, conditioning, balance and ­discipline helping to promote a healthy lifestyle.
